Pinx and Bluz Terms and Conditions

L Baxter t/a Pinx and Bluz herein is known as ‘Pinx and Bluz’

Nothing contained within these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering
Ordering online with us is safe and secure using our Paypal system.  However should you wish to pay by cheque please make it payable to ‘L Baxter t/a Pinx and Bluz’ and post it to 8 Perkins Way, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 0EG.  Please enclose a printout of your order to help us identify your payment.  Any orders paid for by cheque will not be despatched until funds have cleared in our account.  This can take an additional 7-10 days from the date you place your order.

By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorizes Pinx and Bluz through Paypal to take the payment for the goods selected.

Pinx and Bluz cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer including Incorrect address details that can delay delivery.

Returns / Refund Policy
Claims for goods that are delivered damaged or missing must be reported within seven days of the delivery date. 

Any faulty goods are to be returned at your expense unused and in their original packaging.  We will exchange any faulty items and redeliver to you assuming the same goods are in stock.  Should the same goods not be in stock Pinx and Bluz will contact you to give you the option of substituting or cancelling your order. 

In the case of party boxes the individual offending item may be returned but Pinx and Bluz reserve the right to replace this with an item of similar nature and value should the individual component not be available. There are no refunds available on individual items as they are sold as part of a pack.  To obtain a refund on an individual item the entire party box contents would need to be returned at your expense and a full refund would be offered if an alternative could not be sourced.

It is recommended that you obtain a certificate of postage when returning goods as the goods remain your responsibility until received by Pinx and Bluz.  We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on their return to us.

Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute your party box with a similar choice if your chosen box is out of stock.  Where time allows before despatch we will contact you to give you the option of cancelling the order or accepting the substituted goods.  Please note the contents of the box may vary to that shown when ordering but will be of a similar nature and value.

Prices
Prices charged are the price on the day the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT.  Prices are correct at the time of publication.  Errors and omissions are excepted.

Delivery
Delivery is charged at £3.99 within mainland UK for all orders except Pinx and Bluz party boxes, pedal cars and play houses which are charged at £5.99 within mainland UK. 

Delivery is usually expected within 5 working days from date of order via Royal Mail.  However as some of our larger items come direct from the manufacturer there may be unexpected delays that Pinx and Bluz cannot be held responsible for.  We will contact you by your preferred method to advise you of any unexpected delays or if an item is out of stock, whereby you will be given the option of cancelling the order or await delivery once the item becomes available. 

Should you wish us to ship outside of mainland UK, please contact us with your order details so we can advise you of additional postage costs to your country.

A signature is required for all deliveries.  Once the delivery has been signed for it is no longer the responsibility of Pinx and Bluz.  Refunds cannot be given if the parcel is not passed onto the named recipient.  Should you not be home when the parcel arrives Royal Mail will leave you a calling card with instructions on where to collect your parcel from.  In some instances they can arrange for re-delivery or leave the parcel with a neighbour.

If for any reason Pinx and Bluz are unable to despatch your order a full refund will be given.  Pinx and Bluz cannot be held liable for any consequences or costs further than that of the full amount paid for the goods supplied.

In the case of a strike by Royal Mail we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier to make deliveries.  Please note that in these circumstances guarantee times do not apply and deliveries will take place within a reasonable time scale.

Disclaimers
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any products purchased are used as intended and are suitable for the person for which it is intended.  Pinx and Bluz will not accept any responsibility for any allergic reactions to the products supplied.

Complaints
Any complaint received by Pinx and Bluz will dealt with within 5 working days.  We will write to you to notify you of any action we may or may not have to take to remedy the complaint.
